Job summary

11400 LLC, a commercial construction and foodservice equipment specialist, seeks a hands-on Field Manager to oversee field operations and support project execution. The role involves heavy travel to active jobsites across NC/SC/GA/TN/WV/VA and developing into future project management roles within the company.

The ideal candidate is organized, mechanically inclined, and eager to build a long-term career in construction and project management, with regular site visits and some overnight travel

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time management skills are essential.
• Willingness to travel multiple states in the Southeast region.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Mechanical aptitude and hands-on problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience operating forklifts and box trucks.
• Prior construction experience recommended; foodservice experience a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Travel to multiple job sites daily to track progress and report status.
• Assist Project Managers with onsite coordination, field verification, and project documentation.
• Perform site walks and report schedule updates, installation progress, and field conditions.
• Assist with punch list items, quality control inspections, and project closeout activities.
• Help identify and resolve field issues to keep projects moving efficiently.
• Maintain daily communication with Project Managers.
• Provide hands on support onsite when needed, including measurements, light corrective work, and general project assistance.
• Manage multiple priorities and assignments in a fast-paced environment.
• Adapt to changing project needs and assist with problem solving in both field and warehouse environments.
