Job summary

Allegiance Group seeks a seasoned leader for the Southeast as Division Manager / General Manager, overseeing civil, utility, and infrastructure projects with regional teams across the Carolinas, Georgia, Tennessee and Virginia.

The role requires frequent travel (up to ~50%) to project sites, leading Project Managers, Superintendents and Foremen to meet safety, quality and profitability targets while strengthening client relationships.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive construction experience.
• Strong civil, utility, underground infrastructure or field operations experience.
• Experience leading multiple projects and geographically dispersed teams.
• Proven leadership as a General Superintendent, Senior Superintendent, Division Manager or similar.
• Strong understanding of project budgets, schedules and operational performance.
• Excellent client-facing and relationship-building skills.
• A personable, energetic leader who can coach, motivate and hold teams accountable.
• Comfortable travelling regularly throughout the Southeast.
• Collaborative, humble and commercially minded leadership style.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple civil, utility and infrastructure projects across the Southeast.
• Make regular jobsite visits to support and assess project teams.
• Lead and develop Project Managers, Superintendents and field leadership.
• Drive accountability, safety, quality and operational performance.
• Monitor staffing, scheduling, budgets and overall project performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and General Contractors.
• Support estimating/preconstruction, budgets, takeoffs and commercial decision-making.
• Help develop autonomous project teams capable of delivering without constant oversight.
• Support the continued growth of the division across regional markets.
