Field Operations Manager – Concrete Construction

We are partnering with a leading concrete contractor to appoint an experienced Field Operations Manager to lead field operations across their Coastal Region, covering North and South Carolina. This is a senior leadership position with responsibility for the performance of multiple projects and field teams across the region. You won't be managing one jobsite.

You'll be working across the business, leading Superintendents and field teams, allocating manpower and resources, solving operational challenges and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and profitably.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading field operations across multiple concrete projects throughout the Coastal Region

We are looking for someone who has built their career in commercial concrete construction and understands what it takes to successfully deliver complex projects in the field.

You could currently be a General Superintendent, Area Superintendent, Regional Superintendent or Field Operations Manager, with experience across large-scale commercial, industrial, tilt-up, multi-story or structural concrete construction.

Strong leadership is essential. You'll need the ability to manage multiple priorities, hold teams accountable, develop Superintendents and make decisions that positively impact projects across an entire region.

This is a regional position covering North and South Carolina and will involve regular travel to active project sites. You should therefore be comfortable spending significant time in the field supporting projects, teams and clients.
