Job summary

Charleston General Contractor is looking for experienced Superintendents to lead field operations on commercial construction projects in Charleston, SC. You will manage subcontractors, coordinate trades and drive milestones while maintaining safety and quality on site.

The role requires reading plans, coordinating project priorities, and strong leadership. You will work closely with Project Managers and owners to ensure smooth project closeout and timely inspections.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Superintendent with a commercial general contractor.
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors and field operations.
• Ability to read plans, coordinate schedules and set project priorities.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience bringing projects from construction through closeout.

Responsibilities
