Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in commercial construction operations, including project management or field supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day operations staff within the market (PMs, supers, field engineers, admins).
• Serve as primary operational point between project teams and regional leadership.
• Develop people, enforce quality and safety standards, drive process improvement, ensure schedule and customer experience excellence.
