Job summary

ACCO Engineered Systems is seeking a seasoned Field Operations leader to oversee Start-Up, Air Balance, and Warranty activities across the assigned area. You will supervise area supervisors and forepersons, plan resources, mentor leaders, and ensure QA/QC compliance while coordinating with labor unions and vendors.

The role requires deep trades knowledge, 12+ years in construction, and strong emphasis on safety, process improvement, and collaboration with PM/PE.
