Qualifications

• 4+ years of construction supervision experience.
• Strong knowledge of foundation repair, waterproofing, crawl space encapsulation, and concrete leveling.
• Proven leadership skills to manage multiple crews and subcontractors.
• Excellent safety awareness and OSHA standards application.
• Ability to read blueprints and schedules; strong organization.
• Good communication with managers, clients, and crews.
• Experience with project management software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and supervise onsite construction activities for foundation repair.
• Coordinate multiple crews and subcontractors to ensure efficient work.
• Monitor schedules and adjust resources to meet deadlines.
• Enforce safety protocols and OSHA standards on sites.
• Conduct quality inspections to meet specs and standards.
• Communicate progress to project managers and clients regularly.
• Lead safety meetings and promote a safety‑first culture.
• Oversee logistics: equipment, materials, and site access.
• Mentor field staff and junior superintendents for skill development.
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Assist with budgeting and cost control for field operations.
• Report to work on time every day.
