Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in operations or field leadership.
• Experience managing multiple locations preferred.
• Strong safety, compliance, and asset-based operations knowledge.
• Proven coaching and development of frontline and mid-level leaders.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and execution skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively (70-80%).

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operational performance across branches.
• Drive safety culture and ensure compliance.
• Monitor EBITDA, utilization, and operating costs.
• Coach and develop Branch Managers.
• Resolve escalated customer issues and maintain service quality.
• Collaborate with regional leadership on strategic planning.
• Provide field insights to support planning and change management.
