Job summary

IRONCLAD, powered by Mersino, is expanding its regional sales team to drive growth across industrial markets. The Regional Sales Manager will lead a sales group, set strategic direction, and collaborate with operations to ensure top-tier customer service and reliable project execution.

You will build a robust pipeline with National and Strategic Accounts, mentor staff, and translate market opportunities into measurable outcomes while traveling within the region.

Qualifications

5+ years of sales experience in industrial, construction, or environmental sectors.
5+ years of experience in sales management.
Equipment rental experience is a bonus.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
60% travel within the region.
Experience with NetSuite, Sigma reporting, CRM/quoting tools, and Excel.

Responsibilities

Increasing average utilization and revenue in the assigned region.
Lead and develop the sales team, implementing best practices.
Collaborate with operations and other regions to support customer service.
Develop a comprehensive pipeline for major accounts with National/Strategic Accounts.
