Job summary

IRONCLAD powered by Mersino seeks a Branch Manager to lead branch operations across multiple functions, ensuring profitable execution and superior customer satisfaction. You will drive growth, manage personnel, and maintain rigorous billing and asset-tracking practices.

Candidates should have a construction management background, strong planning skills, and the ability to read blueprints and contract documents. This role requires leadership and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience.
• Five years of Construction Management experience required.
• Three years of experience managing construction projects.
• Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Knowledge of budgeting, cost estimating and bidding procedures.
• Knowledge of contract documents and specifications.
• Skills in workflow analysis and management.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Operations, Sales, Logistics, Service and Administrative functions of the branch.
• Drive growth in revenue and profitability; ensure billing and collections.
• Ensure equipment is tracked and billed; never leave assets behind at sites.
• Visit jobsites to coach, support, and ensure productive crews.
• Ensure safety and adherence to policies; maintain quality standards.
