Job summary

IRONCLAD Powered by Mersino is seeking a Branch Manager to lead all personnel and operations at the Shelby branch, driving successful execution of projects and services with a focus on customer satisfaction and profitability.

You will oversee Operations, Sales, Logistics, Service and Administrative functions, ensuring billing accuracy, collections, and equipment accountability, while promoting The Mersino Way across the team and domain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience and education in a related field.
• Experience with managing construction projects and leading teams.
• Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with budgeting, cost estimating, and bidding procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage Operations, Sales, Logistics, Service and Administrative functions to achieve branch goals and profitability.
• Ensure responsive customer service and timely communication with customers and staff.
• Organize assignments and performance, coach staff to The Mersino Way, and drive accountability.
• Grow revenue by meeting customers and supporting SALES opportunities.
