The role requires strong P&L oversight, leadership, and strategic planning to build a high-performing branch aligned with Ironclad’s values. A bachelor's degree and solid communication skills are expected, with a passion for safety and customer service.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of successful business management with proven ability to manage a P&L and lead a team to meet performance goals.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent operational leadership in construction, industrial, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall branch operations to ensure safety, performance, and profitability.
• Grow revenue by identifying opportunities and strengthening customer relationships.
• Develop and manage the branch’s profit and loss (P&L) and business plan.
• Hire, lead, and develop a high-performance team across all functional areas.
• Monitor key metrics: revenue, safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with HR, Safety, Finance, and Compliance teams to resolve issues and meet goals.
• Ensure DOT and OSHA compliance at the branch and champion a strong safety culture.
