IRONCLAD powered by Mersino is seeking a Branch Manager to lead operations in the Michigan City area. You will oversee sales, service, logistics, and administration to deliver safe, high-quality environmental rental solutions while growing branch revenue.

This role requires strong leadership, the ability to manage multiple teams, and a focus on customer satisfaction, billing accuracy, and on-time project execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience in construction management
• 3+ years of managing construction projects
• Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
• Budgeting, cost estimating and bidding knowledge
• Understanding of contract documents and specifications
• Skills in workflow analysis and management

Responsibilities

• Manage Operations, Sales, Logistics, Service and Administrative functions to achieve branch goals and profitability
• Maintain exceptional customer service and timely responsiveness to inquiries
• Communicate regularly with branch management and staff to ensure performance
• Organize and direct personnel assignments and performance
• Grow revenue by meeting with customers and supporting Sales during opportunities
• Ensure proper documentation, contracts, and billing prior to and during projects
• Oversee asset tracking, invoicing, and compliance with policies
• Visit jobsites to coach crews for productivity and quality
• Assist with AR and aging invoices to resolution
• Represent the branch at industry events and build market relationships
