ACRT Pacific is seeking an Assistant Operations Manager to support field operations across Northern California, primarily for the PG&E contract. Qualifications

• Degree in Forestry, Horticulture, Natural Resources, or related field, or four years of Utility Vegetation Management experience in lieu of a degree.
• 3+ years of Utility Vegetation Management experience.
• ISA Certified Arborist credential required.
• Must live within Placer or Nevada County area or relocate within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily field operations and oversee field teams, supervisors, scheduling, and resource utilization.
• Ensure contract requirements, client expectations, safety standards, productivity targets, and quality requirements are met.
• Maintain regular in-person presence with teams across Northern California.
• Prepare reports, presentations and analyses to support operations.
• Work across office, remote, client, and field settings to support operations.
