Job summary

ACRT Pacific, LLC. is seeking an Assistant Operations Manager to support field operations across Northern California, focusing on the PG&E contract. The role connects field teams with senior leadership and clients, requiring strong operational judgment and communication.

Candidates must reside in Nevada, Placer or Yuba counties or relocate within 90 days. The position entails leadership across multiple teams, budgeting, reporting, and adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Two- or four-year degree in Forestry, Horticulture, Natural Resources, or related field; or four years Utility Vegetation Management experience in lieu of a degree.
• Minimum of two years of Utility Vegetation Management experience.
• ISA Certified Arborist credential preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily field operations with field teams and supervisors, workforce planning, scheduling and resource utilization.
• Ensure contract requirements, client expectations, safety standards, productivity targets and quality requirements are met.
• Maintain regular in-person presence with teams throughout Northern California.
• Support project start-ups, new business implementation and strategic initiatives with senior leadership.
