Job summary

ACRT Pacific, LLC seeks an Assistant Operations Manager to support field operations across Northern California, with a focus on the PG&E contract. You will coordinate field teams, safety, and quality while aligning with senior leadership and clients.

Applicants must live in Placer or Nevada County or relocate within 90 days. ISA Arborist credential is required; supervisory experience in UVM is preferred. This role requires strong communication and budgeting skills within a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Two- or four-year degree in Forestry, Horticulture, Natural Resources, or related field; or four (4) years of Utility Vegetation Management experience in lieu of a degree.
• Minimum of three years of Utility Vegetation Management experience.
• ISA Certified Arborist credential required.
• Location: live in Placer or Nevada County area or relocate within 90 days.
• Preferred: Supervisory experience in UVM; 1 year preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and related software.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily field operations and oversee field teams and supervisors.
• Manage workforce planning, scheduling, and resource utilization.
• Ensure contract requirements, client expectations, safety standards, productivity targets, and quality requirements are met.
• Maintain regular in-person presence with teams across Northern California.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and analyses to support operations.
