Job summary

ACRT Pacific, LLC is seeking an Assistant Operations Manager to support field operations across Northern California, with primary responsibility for the PG&E contract. You will lead daily field operations, oversee teams, manage resources, and ensure safety, quality, and financial targets are met.

The role requires in-person presence with field teams and collaboration with senior leadership. Ideal candidates have a forestry/natural resources background or VO vegetation management experience, and

Qualifications

• Education: Two- or four-year degree in Forestry, Horticulture, Natural Resources, or related field; or four years of Utility Vegetation Management experience
• Experience: 2+ years of Utility Vegetation Management experience
• Certification: ISA Certified Arborist credential required
• Location: Live within Placer or Nevada County area or relocate within 90 days
