Job summary

ACRT Pacific, LLC is seeking an Assistant Operations Manager to support Northern California field operations, primarily for the PG&E contract. You will join a cross-functional team led by the Operations Manager and help ensure safe, productive, and compliant execution across a dispersed workforce.

Candidates must live in Placer or Nevada counties (or relocate within 90 days). A degree in Forestry or related field and ISA Arborist certification are required, with 3+ years in utility vegetation

Qualifications

• Two- or four-year degree in Forestry, Horticulture, Natural Resources, or related field.
• 3+ years of Utility Vegetation Management experience.
• ISA Certified Arborist credential required.
• Live in Placer or Nevada County or relocate within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Support the Operations Manager in leading daily field operations, including oversight of field teams and scheduling.
• Ensure contract requirements, safety standards, productivity targets, and quality are met.
• Maintain regular in-person presence with teams across Northern California.
