Job summary

ACRT Pacific, LLC in Grass Valley, CA, seeks an Assistant Operations Manager to support field operations across Northern California, primarily for the PG&E contract. You will collaborate with field teams, senior leadership, and the client to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant execution while managing priorities across a dispersed workforce.

Candidates must have a two- or four-year degree in Forestry, Horticulture, Natural Resources, or equivalent utility vegetation management experience, ISA

Qualifications

• Education: Two- or four-year degree in Forestry, Horticulture, Natural Resources, or related field; or four years of Utility Vegetation Management experience in lieu of a degree.
• ISA Certified Arborist credential required.
• Location: Must live within Placer or Nevada County area or relocate within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily field operations with oversight of field teams and supervisors.
• Ensure contract requirements, client expectations, safety standards, productivity, and quality targets are met.
• Maintain regular in-person presence with teams across Northern California.
