Job summary

ACRT Pacific, a leading vegetation management firm, seeks an Assistant Operations Manager to support field operations across Northern California, with emphasis on the PG&E contract. You will coordinate field teams, scheduling, and resource planning to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant work.

This role requires a degree in forestry or related field or equivalent experience, ISA Arborist credential, and the ability to travel regionally.

Qualifications

• Education: Two- or four-year degree in Forestry, Horticulture, Natural Resources, or related field.
• ISA Certified Arborist credential required.
• Location: Live in Placer or Nevada County area or relocate within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Support the Operations Manager in leading daily field operations, including oversight of field teams, scheduling, and resource utilization.
• Ensure contract requirements, client expectations, safety standards, productivity targets, and quality requirements are met.
• Maintain regular in-person presence with teams throughout the Northern California area of responsibility.
• Support project start-ups, new business implementation, and strategic initiatives in partnership with senior operations leadership.
