Job summary

Qualifications

• Two- or four-year degree in Forestry, Horticulture, Natural Resources, or related field; or four years of Utility Vegetation Management experience in lieu of a degree.
• ISA Certified Arborist credential required.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily field operations and oversee field teams.
• Ensure contract requirements, safety standards, productivity, and quality.
• Maintain in-person presence with teams across Northern California.
• Support budgeting, reporting and client coordination.
