Shook Construction is seeking a Regional Field Operations Manager to lead high‑quality, safe projects across the region. You will guide field leadership, drive profitability, and elevate schedule performance while developing the next generation of field leaders.

You will maintain strong client relationships, support preconstruction, and partner with regional leaders on staffing, risk management, and continuous improvement. This role requires travel to multiple sites and a passion for quality.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in field construction management.
• Experience leading projects from planning through closeout.
• Strong field leadership and safety culture.
• Proficient with project management software and tools.

Responsibilities

• Track and report project performance to ensure profitability.
• Drive scheduling meetings and hit milestones.
• Oversee pre-planning and maintain high standards.
• Lead regional field teams and mentor leaders.
• Support safety, risk management, and audits.
• Collaborate with Operations leaders on staffing.
