Job summary

Qualifications

• BS degree in engineering, construction management, or equivalent experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to mentor engineers and project managers.
• Minimum 10–15 years of construction experience; proven track record managing large-scale projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall management direction for water resources projects; set objectives and monitor financials.
• Lead bid processes with cost data to improve future bids.
• Manage subcontractors and key procurement; supervise project staff.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and lead business development efforts.
