This safety-sensitive role oversees project activities, staffing, estimating, scheduling, and client relations to maximize efficiency and profitability. You will mentor staff, review proposals, ensure adherence to Ryan Tools, and maintain communication between field and office teams while promoting safety and quality on all

Qualifications

• Require at least 15+ years of regional management experience in construction.
• Ability to supervise, motivate and communicate effectively with others.
• Exhibit good sales ability and sensitivity to client needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage subcontractor performance.
• Assist Vice President of Field Operations in hiring new staff members.
• Train team members in estimating, scheduling, and construction management techniques.
• Delegate appropriate levels of responsibility and monitor progress.
• Monitor workload to ensure productivity and efficiency.
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are implemented and enforced.
• Review estimates for completeness and competitiveness.
• Maintain communication and documentation with field staff and Ryan office.
• Participate in Field Manager/Field Coordinator meetings.
