Job summary

SitelogIQ, Inc. is seeking a Regional Field Manager to lead multiple at-risk projects in the eastern Northeast region, coordinating superintendents and ASMs, while aligning with project managers. Travel to sites is required to ensure schedule and safety compliance.

The role requires a BS in a technical field, 4+ years in construction, and Procore and OSHA 30 certification, with a hands-on approach to quality, documentation, and client satisfaction on active sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Electrical, Construction or similar technical field with 4+ years of professional construction experience
• 10 years of relevant experience in construction preferred
• Experience in Procore; OSHA 30 Certification; proficiency with Microsoft Office suite

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a team of superintendents, assistant superintendents, and assistant PMs on eastern region projects
• Monitor project schedule, cost, quality, and safety with focus on timely completion
• Review preconstruction actions, bidding schedules, and subcontractor de-scoping where needed
• Oversee project documentation, RFIs, submittals, and commissioning activities
• Maintain owner relationships and ensure clear communication with the Director of Operations and Program Executive
