Shook Construction seeks a seasoned field operations leader to manage one or more water resources projects, overseeing labor, equipment, schedules, and safety compliance. The role guides project teams and ensures timely, quality delivery while coordinating with project management and subcontractors.

The successful candidate will optimize field performance, maintain accurate records, and support estimating and closeout activities across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Experience leading field operations and coordinating multiple crews.
• Proven ability to create and manage cost-loaded schedules.
• Knowledge of contract documents, safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Manages all field operations.
• Creates and manages the cost-loaded project schedule.
• Coordinates labor, equipment, subcontractors, drawings, and specifications.
• Responsible for labor and equipment costs and monthly projections.
• Identifies and mitigates project risk.
• Forecasts problems from contract documents and communicates solutions.
• Directs quality standards with subs and vendors.
• Oversees jobsite cleanliness and daily logs.
• Assists in estimating change orders and future projects.
