Job summary

Shook Construction seeks an experienced project leader to direct multiple construction projects from inception to completion. You will establish objectives, manage client liaison, and oversee on-site execution through the Superintendent, while mentoring Project Engineers.

Key focus includes compliance, safety, quality control, and profitability. You will drive performance reviews, develop teams, and coordinate risk management and SDI procedures with leadership input.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents.
• Experience in labor negotiations is a plus.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with BIM, 3D modelling, pipe detailing is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall management direction for one or more projects.
• Establish project objectives and policies and liaise with clients.
• Mentor Project Engineers and lead project staffing decisions.
• Develop and manage the project schedule and cash flow forecasting.
• Ensure safety, quality control, and adherence to procedures.
