• Deploys equipment, materials, and personnel to job sites for optimized operations and costs.
• Lead preventive maintenance and call out/repair within the geographical area.
• Communicate performance against metrics and plan improvements.
• Coordinate deployment to minimize downtime and maximize resources.
• Evaluate direct reports and support skills training.
• Manage budgets and operational standards/processes.
• Develop and execute action plans for area performance.
