Job summary

Stake Center Locating is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to oversee multi-state operations, providing leadership to Area Managers and frontline teams. You will ensure safety, quality, and financial performance while upholding company standards and regional commitments.

The role focuses on driving productivity, developing leadership, maintaining strong customer relationships, and optimizing staffing and resources across the region, with travel as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent leadership experience required.
• Seven or more years of progressive leadership experience in utility locating, utility services, telecommunications, construction services, field operations, or related industry.
• Experience leading multiple managers, locations, or geographic territories.
• Demonstrated success managing operational, financial, and safety performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of a multi-state region.
• Ensure execution of company policies, procedures, and operating standards.
• Monitor productivity, service levels, quality, and operational efficiency.
• Identify performance gaps and implement corrective actions to improve results.
• Lead operational improvement initiatives and support company-wide objectives.
• Manage regional operating performance and budget expectations.
