Job summary

IRB USA Inspire Resources seeks a regional marketing expert to partner with franchisees, understand local market dynamics, and drive growth across Emerging markets. You will collaborate with Operations, Training, Development, Growth Consultants & Analytics to tailor national plans to local needs.

Role requires 3+ years in marketing or brand management within a franchisee environment; travel up to 60% is expected as you support store-level initiatives and market activations.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Marketing, Operations, Hospitality or related field.
• 3+ years in marketing, promotions, or Dunkin' operations.
• Franchisee model experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with franchisees and act as their local marketing coach.
• Be the expert on regional/local dynamics, strengths, and opportunities.
• Identify shifts, changes and needs of the local business requiring support.
• Maintain relationships with marketing leadership in designated region.
• Spend time in the field with franchisees and XF partners.
• Support marketing program execution, PR, and store-level support.
• Attend franchisee meetings and prepare materials.
• Champion Local Store Marketing tools and drive LSM strategy.
• Provide feedback to LSM Team on opportunities.
