Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Marketing, Operations, Hospitality or related field.

Responsabilités

• Build strong relationships with franchisees and serve as their local marketing coach.
• Be the expert on regional/local dynamics, consumer trends, and franchisee needs.
• Identify shifts in local business that require marketing or XF team support and respond accordingly.
• Maintain relationships with marketing leadership across franchisees in designated region; spend time in the field.
• Provide boots-on-the-ground support for market moments including program execution, PR, store-level support.
• Attend franchisee meetings and assist with meeting materials and presentations.
