Inspire Brands, Inc. in Nashville seeks a Regional Marketing Partner for Emerging Markets to act as the expert in regional and local market dynamics, consumer insights, competitive landscape, and macro factors, aligning local plans with national marketing programs.

The role partners with Operations, Training, Growth Consultants & Analytics to help franchisees build capabilities, accelerate profitable growth and execute high-touch local initiatives.

Qualifications

• Local store marketing experience and ability to build franchisee partnerships.
• Experience working in a franchisee model and with marketing teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with franchisees, serve as their local marketing coach.
• Be the expert on regional/local dynamics, strengths, and opportunities: local Dunkin’ business, local market conditions, Franchisee perspective.
• Identify shifts, changes and needs of the local business that warrant support (marketing and/or XF team support).
• Maintain strong franchisee relationships with marketing leadership in designated region; spend time in the field.
• Support market moments including marketing program execution, PR support, local store level support.
• Attend franchisee meetings and support preparation of meeting materials and presentations.
• Champion Local Store Marketing tools including Pricing Portal and LSM; encourage early adoption.
• Drive LSM strategy with Franchisees – ensure every network has a full year plan.
• Support FMM/FMD with identification of regional media opportunities and collaborate with local PR agencies.
• Be knowledgeable of National Marketing strategies & programs; serve as regional/local spokesperson.
