Job summary

Inspire seeks a field-based regional marketing expert to partner with franchisees and drive local store marketing and regional growth strategies. You will work closely with Operations, Growth Consultants, and Analytics to tailor national plans to local needs.

Responsibilities include field-based coaching, identifying market opportunities, and executing local campaigns while maintaining strong franchisee relationships and collaborating with PR agencies as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum: High School Diploma or GED.
• Preferred: Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, Hospitality or related field.
• 3+ years experience in marketing or promotional agencies, brand management, or Dunkin' operations.
• Experience working in a franchisee model and multi-unit distribution is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with franchisees and act as their local marketing coach.
• Be the expert on regional/local dynamics and opportunities for Dunkin' in the region.
• Identify shifts in local business needs requiring marketing or XF team support.
• Maintain relationships with marketing leadership in designated region and spend time in the field.
• Attend franchisee meetings and support meeting materials and presentations.
• Champion Local Store Marketing tools (Pricing Portal, LSM) and drive annual plans.
• Support identification of regional media opportunities and collaborate with PR agencies.
