Job summary

Inspire is seeking a regional marketing expert to act as the franchisee partner and local spokesperson for regional market dynamics and local marketing plans within its Emerging Markets portfolio. The role collaborates with Operations, Training, Growth Consultants and Analytics to help franchisees build capability, execute marketing programs, and capture demand while accelerating profitable growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing or promotional agencies, brand management, or franchisee operations.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to build relationships across levels.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% and work in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with franchisees, serve as their local marketing “coach”.
• Be the expert on regional/local dynamics: consumer, competition, macro/economics and franchisee needs.
• Identify local needs warranting support from marketing or XF teams and know when to engage.
• Maintain relationships with marketing leaders in region; spend time in the field with franchisees.
• Provide boots-on-the-ground support for market moments: marketing, PR, store-level support.
• Attend franchisee meetings and support preparation of materials and presentations.
• Champion Local Store Marketing tools and encourage adoption of LSM among Emerging Market franchisees.
• Drive LSM strategy with franchisees; ensure annual plans and provide feedback on new programming.
• Support regional media opportunities and collaborate with local PR for event coverage.
• Be knowledgeable of national plans and serve as regional/local spokesperson for national marketing.
