Job summary

Inspire Brands, Inc. seeks a regional marketing partner for Emerging Markets to work with franchisees across the Phoenix area. You will translate national plans into local actions, coach franchisees, and coordinate with XF, Operations, Training, Growth Consultants & Analytics.

You will spend significant time in the field (up to 60% travel), build local market insights, lead campaigns, and help franchisees grow store performance through Local Store Marketing and region-specific programs.

Qualifications

• Experience in franchisee environments or multi-unit brands.
• Ability to translate national marketing plans to local actions.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with franchisees, serve as their local marketing coach.
• Be the expert on regional/local dynamics, market conditions and franchisee needs.
• Identify shifts and needs of local business warranting support from marketing/XF teams.
• Maintain relationships with marketing leadership in designated region; spend time in the field.
• Provide boots-on-the-ground support for market moments including program execution and PR.
• Attend franchisee meetings and help prepare materials for regional councils.
• Champion Local Store Marketing tools including Pricing Portal and LSM adoption.
• Drive LSM strategy with franchisees and provide feedback on new programming.
• Support regional media opportunities; collaborate with local PR agencies for coverage.
• Be knowledgeable of National Marketing strategies and serve as regional spokesperson.
