Job summary

Lennar is seeking a Regional Marketing Field Coordinator to act as the on-the-ground marketing partner for the division, supporting local community execution, NHCs, and regional initiatives. Responsibilities include facilitating flyers and collateral, managing signage, MLS listings, photography, exterior/interior color updates, and on-site events.

The role requires a degree or equivalent, 0–2 years in marketing coordination, proficient MS Office and digital tools (MLS, Canva, Airtable), and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; HS diploma accepted with relevant experience.
• 0–2 years of experience in marketing coordination or similar role.
• Proven work experience as a Marketing Coordinator.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with multiple deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; comfortable with digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary marketing resource for Sales leaders and NHCs in the field.
• Fulfill requests for flyers and collateral to support sales activity with regional teams.
• Support QMI homes with signage, MLS listings, and community photography.
• Oversee exterior/interior color selection updates and signage inventory.
• Plan and execute on-site logistics for local marketing events and openings.
• Collaborate with regional teams on national/local campaign rollouts.
