Job summary

Lennar is seeking a Regional Field Coordinator, Marketing in Colorado to be the on-the-ground marketing partner for divisions and communities. The role supports local execution, NHCs, and regional marketing initiatives, ensuring brand-aligned materials and timely delivery.

Responsibilities include coordinating flyers, signage, MLS listings, and event logistics, while partnering with regional teams. Travel weekly within the division is required and experience in real estate or consumer-focused

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science or Arts degree or equivalent preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0–2 years of experience in marketing coordination.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary marketing resource for Sales leaders and NHCs in the field.
• Fulfill requests for flyers and collateral to support sales activity.
• Coordinate signage, MLS listings, and community photography.
• Plan on-site marketing events and assist with national/regional campaigns.
• Liaise between sales, operations, and marketing for flawless execution.
