Job summary

Lennar is seeking a Regional Marketing Field Coordinator to act as the on-the-ground marketing partner at the divisional level, supporting local community execution, NHCs, and division initiatives. Ensure timely, brand-aligned marketing at the community level.

The role requires collaboration with sales, operations, and regional marketing teams; travel weekly to assigned communities to support signage, photography, and event logistics while maintaining organized marketing resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma or GED required.
• 0-2 years of experience in marketing or related field.
• Proven work experience as a Marketing Coordinator.
• Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to partner with internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary marketing resource for Sales leaders and NHCs in the field.
• Fulfill NHC requests for flyers and collateral to support sales activity.
• Support Quick Move-In homes with accurate signage and MLS listings.
• Oversee exterior/interior color selection updates and signage inventory.
• Coordinate, track, and maintain signage across divisions; work with vendors for installs and removals.
• Plan on-site logistics for local marketing events, including openings and broker events.
• Support regional campaigns at the local community level; assist with SGT installation and basic office systems.
