Job summary

Channel Partners Solutions is seeking an Area Execution Manager to lead field merchandising across an assigned market. The role involves hands-on merchandising, training, and coordinating an in-market team to ensure high-quality, on-time project execution across stores.

The position requires travel within the market and occasional neighboring markets, with a focus on safety, accuracy, and client satisfaction. Full-time, field-based role with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in retail merchandising or related field.
• Experience leading, training, or directing field associates.
• Ability to read, interpret, and execute planograms and project instructions.
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation.
• Willingness to travel within the market and neighboring markets.
• Maintain a personal toolkit to perform merchandising tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee in-store merchandising activities across the assigned territory, including resets, new-item cut-ins, planogram compliance, displays, fixture assembly, installation, signage, and inventory.
• Direct the in-store team on projects, communicate instructions, sequence tasks, and inspect work against standards.
• Serve as the in-market point of contact; build relationships with store management and client representatives.
• Complete accurate, on-time project reporting (visits, photos, data) via company apps and systems.
• Plan efficient daily travel between stores to meet project timelines.
• Enforce safety standards on site and address unsafe conditions or behavior.
• Escalate coverage gaps, staffing needs, and client/store issues to the District Manager.
• Lead the in-store team in quality and timely completion of projects.
• Train and coach team on merchandising, installation, safety, and client requirements.
• Participate in hiring processes and onboarding as requested.
