Job summary

Channel Partners Solutions, LLC seeks an Area Execution Manager to lead field merchandising, resets, and installations across a defined market. You will supervise in-store teams, train associates, and ensure projects meet quality, safety, and timing standards.

The role requires regular travel within the territory and to neighboring markets, with performance reviewed by the District Manager. This is a full-time, field-based position offering competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail merchandising, fixture installation, electronic displays, resets, or comparable field experience.
• Experience leading, training, or directing the work of field associates; formal or informal lead experience

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee in-store merchandising activities across the assigned territory.
• Direct the in-store team on projects and inspect work for quality and safety.
• Plan efficient daily travel between stores to meet project timelines.
• Train, coach, and onboard associates and participate in interviews as requested.
• Ensure planogram compliance and accurate project reporting via mobile apps.
