Channel Partners Solutions is seeking an Area Execution Manager to lead field merchandising across a defined market. You will personally perform merchandising, resets, installations, and guide a team to ensure on-time, high-quality results.

The role requires travel within the market and sometimes neighboring markets, with a focus on safety and reporting through mobile apps. Equal opportunity employer, full-time field role.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail merchandising, fixture installation, electronic displays, resets, or comparable field experience.
• Experience leading, training, or directing the work of field associates; formal or informal lead experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee in-store merchandising activities across the territory (resets, planograms, displays, fixtures).
• Direct the in-store team on projects: communicate instructions, sequence tasks, inspect work to standards.
• Represent the company in-market; build relationships with store management and client reps.
