Job summary

Channel Partners Solutions is seeking an Area Execution Manager to lead field merchandising across the assigned market. You will perform resets, installations, and break-fix work while guiding a team of associates and ensuring quality and safety.

Travel across the territory and occasional neighboring markets is required. The role demands accurate reporting, strong communication with store management, and strict adherence to client standards and OSHA guidelines.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail merchandising, fixture installation, electronic displays, resets, or comparable field experience.
• Experience leading, training, or directing field associates; formal or informal lead experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee in-store merchandising activities in the assigned territory—resets, new-item cut-ins, planogram compliance, displays, fixture assembly and installation, signage, and inventory.
• Direct the in-store team on assigned projects: communicate instructions, sequence tasks on site, inspect work against standards.
• Serve as in-market contact; build strong relationships with store management and client representatives.
• Complete accurate, on-time project reporting (visit completion, photos, data) through mobile apps, verify data accuracy.
• Plan efficient daily travel between stores to meet project timelines.
• Enforce safety standards on site; verify safe use of tools and stop unsafe conditions.
• Escalate coverage gaps, staffing needs, and client issues to District Manager.
• Lead the in-store team to ensure on-time completion of projects.
• Train, coach, and demonstrate merchandising, installation, safety, and retailer requirements.
