Job summary

Channel Partners Solutions is seeking an Area Execution Manager to lead merchandising across the assigned market. This full-time field role performs resets, installations, and break-fix tasks, trains associates, and ensures quality, safety, and on-time completion of projects.

You will travel within the market, manage the in-store team, and report progress via mobile apps, coordinating with store managers and client representatives.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail merchandising, fixture installation, electronic displays, resets, or similar field experience.
• Experience leading or directing work of field associates; formal or informal lead experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform, oversee, and coordinate in-store merchandising activities across the assigned territory.
• Direct the in-store team on projects and ensure tasks follow planograms, standards, and safety rules.
• Serve as the in-market point of contact with store management and client representatives.
• Complete accurate, on-time project reporting through company mobile apps and verify data accuracy.
• Plan efficient daily travel between stores to meet project timelines.
• Escalate coverage gaps, staffing needs, and client issues promptly to the District Manager.
• Train, coach, and model standards for merchandising, installation, safety, and retailer requirements.
