Channel Partners is seeking an Area Execution Manager to lead in-store merchandising across an assigned market. This full-time, field-based role requires hands-on merchandising, resets, and team leadership with strong emphasis on safety and quality standards.

You will travel between stores, coordinate with store management and client representatives, and report progress via mobile apps. The position offers benefits and a clear path for growth within a growing company.

Formación

• 2+ years of retail merchandising or related field.
• Experience leading or directing field associates; formal or informal lead experience.
• Ability to read, interpret, and execute planograms and project instructions.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; auto insurance per policy.
• Willingness to travel within the market and neighboring markets as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Perform and oversee in-store merchandising activities in the assigned territory—resets, new-item cut-ins, planogram compliance, displays, fixture assembly and installation, signage, and inventory.
• Direct the in-store team on assigned projects: communicate instructions, sequence tasks on site, inspect work against standards.
• Serve as the in-market point of contact; build and maintain relationships with store management and client representatives.
• Complete accurate, on-time project reporting (visit completion, photos, data) through company mobile apps; verify reporting accuracy.
• Plan efficient daily travel between stores to meet project timelines.
• Enforce safety standards on site; ensure proper use of tools and equipment; stop unsafe conditions.
