Job summary

Channel Partners, LLC is seeking an Area Execution Manager to lead merchandising across an assigned market. This full-time, field-based role involves performing merchandising, resets, installation, and break-fix work, while guiding in-store teams to ensure quality, safety, and on-time results.

You will partner with the District Manager, travel regularly within the market and to neighboring markets as needed, and train associates, enforce standards, and provide timely project reporting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail merchandising, fixture installation, displays, or similar field experience.
• Experience leading or directing field associates, formal or informal lead experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee in-store merchandising activities in the assigned territory (resets, new-item cut-ins, planogram compliance, displays, installation, signage, inventory).
• Direct the in-store team on projects: communicate instructions, sequence tasks, inspect work against standards.
• Serve as in-market contact; build relationships with store management and client representatives.
• Complete accurate, on-time project reporting (visit completion, photos, data) via mobile apps; verify reporting accuracy.
• Plan efficient daily travel between stores to meet timelines.
• Enforce safety standards on site; ensure proper use of tools and stop unsafe conditions.
• Escalate coverage gaps and staffing needs to District Manager promptly.
• Lead and train the in-store team on standards for merchandising and safety.
• Provide input on associate performance and onboarding as requested.
