Qualifications

• Strong ability to translate data insights into actionable business recommendations.
• Comfortable with frequent field visits and travel to retail partners.

Responsibilities

• Monitor regional sales performance, customer trends, and retail execution.
• Analyze sales data to identify opportunities and operational issues.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports with actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for planning and decision-making.
• Visit key retail stores, wholesalers, and distributors within the region.
• Evaluate merchandising, shelf placement, and promotional compliance.
• Collect market intelligence and customer feedback to improve strategies.
• Build strong relationships with retail partners and coordinate campaigns from planning to execution.
• Track campaign performance and provide post-event analysis and improvements.
