We are looking for a proactive and analytical Regional Business Analyst to support regional business growth through data analysis, field execution, and customer engagement. This role serves as the bridge between headquarters strategy and field operations by transforming business insights into actionable plans and ensuring effective execution across regional markets.

The ideal candidate enjoys working with data, is comfortable spending time in the field visiting customers, and has a strong passion for retail operations and business improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Insights

• Monitor regional sales performance, customer trends, and retail execution on a daily basis.
• Analyze sales data and identify business opportunities, operational issues, and market trends.
• Prepare weekly and monthly business reports with actionable recommendations to improve regional performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business planning and decision-making.

Field Operations & Customer Engagement

• Conduct regular visits to key retail stores, wholesalers, and distributor partners within the assigned region.
• Evaluate product merchandising, shelf placement, display execution, and promotional compliance.
• Collect market intelligence and customer feedback to improve sales strategies and operational effectiveness.
• Build strong relationships with retail partners and serve as the primary liaison between headquarters and the local market.
• Coordinate regional promotional campaigns from planning through execution.
• Support promotional material distribution and ensure marketing initiatives are implemented effectively.
• Track campaign performance and provide post-event analysis and improvement recommendations.
• Ensure consistent execution of company sales initiatives across the assigned territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Sales Operations, Retail Operations, FMCG, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret business data and translate insights into action.
• Comfortable conducting frequent field visits (approximately 70% travel within the assigned region).
• Experience working with retailers, convenience stores, distributors, or wholesale customers is preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the assigned territory.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the FMCG, CPG, retail, or distribution industry.
• Familiarity with sales reporting and retail performance metrics.
• Experience supporting trade marketing or sales execution initiatives.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese is a plus.
