Job summary

JetFuel is seeking a Regional Planning & Activation Manager in the New York area to lead all on- and off-premise sampling programs across multiple markets. You will coordinate with clients, distributors and agencies to ensure flawless execution and client satisfaction.

You will oversee planning meetings, budget tracking, staffing and performance reporting, while coaching Area Managers and maintaining brand standards across the region.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experiential or field marketing experience.
• Experience managing field teams across multiple markets; adult beverage experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel across the region, including overnight travel.
• Must be 21+ and have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional planning, coordination and performance of on- and off-premise sampling programs.
• Act as the liaison between client, distributor and agency across markets.
• Oversee budget tracking and staffing across markets in the region.
• Recruit, onboard and train Area Managers and provide coaching.
• Ensure programs comply with client standards and regulations.
