Job summary

JetFuel is seeking an Area Manager in New Jersey to lead Promotional Specialists and ensure flawless execution for on- and off-premise sampling programs. You will recruit, train, and manage staff, act as the client liaison, and drive program success in-market.

You’ll partner with regional managers and client marketing, maintain schedules, budgets, and reporting, and uphold JetFuel’s standards across events and promotions.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of adult beverage experience preferred.
• Familiarity with on/off-premise marketing initiatives.
• Prior promotional agency experience preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train staff to be knowledgeable about products and promotions.
• Act as local point of contact for client field marketing and communication.
• Staff promotional events and ensure client standards are met.
• Provide direction, feedback and coaching to improve execution.
• Manage HR issues and budget spend for a part-time team.
• Coordinate promotional material inventories and event assets.
