Job summary

JetFuel in Dallas/Chicago is seeking a Regional Planning & Activation Manager to lead regional sampling programs across multiple markets, ensuring flawless execution and adherence to client standards. You will coordinate field activity, manage budgets, and report progress to clients.

3–5+ years in experiential or field marketing with multi-market teams.
Experience beverage industry preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and organization.
Ability to travel regionally including overnight travel.

Responsibilities

Lead regional planning and execution of all on- and off-premise sampling programs across multiple markets with a focus on flawless execution and client standards.
Coordinate activity across markets and track KPI performance for accountability.
Lead local planning meetings, bi-weekly status updates, and weekly client reports.
Manage Area Managers and staffing, overseeing expense reports and field recaps.
Ensure programs comply with client standards, brand guidelines and regional regulations.
